November 26th 17.30-19.00 we invite you to an online open lecture “Business Ethics and Resolving Ethical Dilemmas”. By using research findings and case studies Professor will show the difference between ethical dilemmas, that are faced by individual and solved using values, and “social contract” or “CSR” dilemmas, that are solved in organizational level, using organizational culture, codes of conduct, developing ethical climate.

About the guest lecturer:
The professor holds an MBA from Harvard University and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, is an expert of Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility as well as the author and co-author of books, scholarly articles and business cases on the subject. Professor will share his best knowledge and experience on the subject of Ethics and Social Responsibility in relation with finance, accounting, and auditing.
