💡Presenter Rūta Salickaitė-Žukauskienė is a 4th year PhD student in Social Sciences, Management (S003). Her dissertation topic is „Leader-induced career shock on employee’s sustainable career”. She will share her experiences and discuss the best and worst practices she has encountered during her PhD journey. Topics will include networking, conference participation, preparation for attestation, the importance of maintaining mental and physical health, and involvement in internal research seminars and other events.
